Apply one coat to cracks, then lay polyester fabric before applying another coat.
- For optimal results, test a small area before painting to verify substrate preparation and suitability.
- Mixing ratio: 1:1 Application Method: After cleaning the surface, open the liquid component first. Add approximately half of the powder component and mix thoroughly. Gradually incorporate the remaining powder while stirring. Adjust powder quantity based on desired consistency: use less for thin coats, add all powder for thicker application. If mixture is too thick, add water proportionally to achieve desired viscosity.
- Application Environment Requirements: Ensure substrate is dry. Avoid application during rain, snow, or high winds. Ambient temperature: 41°F - 95°F (5°C - 35°C). Relative humidity <85%.
- Precautions and Storage Requirements:Apply two coats with 3-8 hours between coats. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying. Protect from moisture and water contact. Allow one day for drying before handling. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature: 41°F - 95°F (5°C - 35°C).
