The Youngs Brewbuddy Cider kit makes 40 pints of refreshing, crisp cider with a strength of around 5% abv.
If you want more apple flavour and a higher ABV, you can make it to 32 pints instead of the usual 40.
The Youngs Brewbuddy Cider kit is easy to make. Just follow the simple, step-by-step cider kit instructions and your cider will be ready to bottle or barrel in about 7-10 days.
You will need to add 1kg of sugar to the kit.
Once the cider is clear, it is ready to drink, but as with all cider, it improves if left to mature for 1-3 months.
Tip: If you want even more apple flavour, you can use 2 cans of Brewbuddy Cider into the same fermenter and top up to 23 litres. No need to add extra sugar if you use 2 tins on apple concentrate.
